The campuswide internship program administered through The Internship and Career Center provides students with opportunities to supplement classroom learning through internships in a wide variety of businesses and non-profit organizations. Academic credit may be developed out of an internship with faculty consultation and supervision. Successfully completed internships may also be noted on student transcripts. An ISP project should be a scholarly effort on a special problem or area. It must be one that is feasible and can be completed within the time agreed on. You must meet certain qualifications and be certified by your home campus as to eligibility, residence, fee, financial aid and health status. Enrollment is limited to one course per term and participating students need the approval of both the home and the host campus.
